After a pleasant Big Butterfly Count visit to Warnham Nature Reserve where a good variety of butterflies were seen and recorded, we will be holding another one before the end of the count period, but this time it will be much closer to home.
It’ll be at Highdown Gardens on Thursday 6 August and we’ll meet at the entrance at 10.30am. There is of course no entrance fee here, and there is a cafe nearby. Do please come along and help to spot and record as many butterflies as possible for our contribution to this important piece of Citizen Science as we walk around the lovely gardens.
